About the Role
1). Design success for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers throughout their lifecycle. From onboarding/implementation through upsell and renewal, you will guide your customer down the path of success every step of the way to reach their business objectives and operational goals.
2).Lead strategic conversations with customers to align our platform as a solution to their business challenges and goals with the intent to renew and expand the partnership.
3).Serve as a confident subject matter expert as it relates to our platform and the cybersecurity and third-party risk management industries. Be a subject matter expert and informal mentor for fellow CSMs in solving new challenges across customers.
4).Collaborate cross functionally with members of the account team including Sales, Sales engineering, to drive customer value, adoption and company goals of net retention.
5).Be an advocate for the voice of the customer in product and services design and deployment.
Requirements
Experience of account management and client relationships
Must be organised, detailed, methodical in their approach
Has good people skills, is outgoing and willing to engage proactively with clients to achieve account goals, this means engaging at both senior and junior levels
Excellent written communication skills, clear and precise
Proficiency in Office software (excel, word or the equivalent)
They should be a self-starter, able to motivate themselves and others
A genuine problem solver, able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, identifying the real rather than peripheral issue
Excellent numeracy - must be comfortable with numbers, commercial calculations and able to manipulate excel
