About the Company

Our client is a leader in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) supply chain and inventory management solutions. Enjoying a strong presence in public sector organisations such as the NHS and local government, this US-based company is entering an exciting new growth phase. They are seeking a proven sales leader to execute their go-to-market expansion. You will be supported by innovative solutions, a reputable client base, and a committed team. This is a mature sales role with significant autonomy and the freedom to operate from anywhere inside the UK.

About the Role

Strong experience selling into the Public Sector or a background in either Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay. Having both is a huge plus.
Familiarity with procurement frameworks and Public Sector associations is highly beneficial.
An understanding of the tender process, including RFP and RFI stages.
Commercially savvy, with a focus on protecting margins and achieving financial targets.
A proven track record of pipeline development and quota achievement.
Experience with sales methodologies that support a strategic sales cycle.
Excellent presentation, writing, and listening skills to establish credibility at senior levels.
An entrepreneurial hunter mindset to seek out opportunities.
A team player with a sense of humour.

Requirements

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by crafting an effective go-to-market (GTM) sales strategy.

  • Generate a pipeline from ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and government agencies, to expand influence and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success, to achieve common goals.

  • Engage with the industry by participating in trade shows, roundtables, and events.

  • Develop your personal brand through knowledge sharing, engagement, and active participation.
