About the Role
The RVP of Sales for the UK region is responsible for developing and driving the UK sales teams to achieve overall business targets and developing sales strategies along with leading a group of sales leaders across the core business segments.
You will be responsible for growing and developing the team by providing expert-level sales knowledge, coaching, training, and process improvement.
You will drive the day-to-day execution to exceed the business performance targets.
This position plays a key role in developing and executing highly differentiated & compelling go-to-market plans across the major segments. This role will work closely with the Partner Director and Customer Success Manager to drive cross-functional interlock given the growth orientation of our business in the UK.
Requirements
5+ years of managerial experience, leading a sales function in a global or multi-national organization with substantial experience in business-to-business subscription sales (SaaS)
Proven experience leading a group of at least 80 employees.
Previous experience working across the different segments of Enterprise, Mid Market and SMB- Advantage.
A proven track record of success, achieving a minimum quota of 20 million per year.
Creativity and imagination: We are in building mode and the role will require an innovative leader to build processes, sales narratives, and sales motions that are unique.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executive teams
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
Ability to build a strong personal relationship
Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
Excellent written and oral communication skills
BA/MBA – Advantage
